DIAGNOSIS OF ASSEMBLY DEFECTS OF COMBUSTION ENGINES BY MEASURING THE MECHANICAL LOSSES
Original language description
The contribution shows method of measurement of mechanical wastes on the combustion engine. The measuring station was used for a proposal of trial test on combustion engine's manufacturing lines. This work would help with identification of different assembly defects and clear up which mistakes can be and which mistakes can not be disclose by this test. This work can eventually give us an image how much can various mistakes become evident on spinning engine, it means how can chance size of passive resistances of existent engine on simulating different assembly defects. At Technical university in Liberec was developed the measuring station for measurement of mechanical wastes which can be measure on combustion motors on different operational conditions. These conditions are temperature of refrigerating liquid and lubricating oil.
