The staff of most organisations monitors the process approach with the hope of an improving their business situation. Their goal is to increase the competitiveness, the profit and overcoming the crisis. This approach is according to surveys conducted interms of the fashion business. Previously these factors were for example: automation, computers, production planning and control systems and reengineering. This article describes the current status of the process approach in management systems of selected organisations. The text is based on a normative basis. However, it also focuses on principles of the process approach. This article examines an organisation and a control from the management view. The article establishes recommendations to increase theeffectiveness especially for small and medium sized organisations by using a control tool and based on years of the experience.
