    The paper deals with the analysis and experiment on the spinning device for the production of nanofibers by electrostatic spinning from strings. The work follows the research carried out in the studies [1, 2], where the intensity of the electric field and the distance of the Taylor cones were monitored, respectively. The nozzles from which the nanofibers are generated move towards the collector, depending on the different cross sections of the strings used. The aim of the present study was to analyze the intensity of the electric field intensity during spinning, depending on the geometry of the string with the measured thickness of the polymer layer on the spinning process.
