The contribution is devoted in the first to the description of the mathematical model of the unsteady unsaturated porous media flow fluid. A compact expression of the governing equations is found. The nonlinear problem arising in each time step is treated and application of mixed-hybrid formulation of time discretized problem by Rothe method is used. The iterative scheme for solution of fluid nonlinear problem is proposed. In the second the mixed-hybrid model of convection-diffusion-reaction transport of dissolved chemicals and finite volume model of the time splitting transport are discussed. Use mixed-hybrid FEM and FVM for transport equations ensure the conservation of chemical substances in each element of computational grid, which can be of particular interest in certain situations (discretized of leaching fields, comparison with measured data).
