Discrete State Estimator and Controller with Variable Structure
Original language description
State feedback controller with variable structure for the control of uncertain systems is described in this paper. A part of this controller is a two level logical device (selector). This device primarily selects the model with the most appropriate parameters and in the second level it selects the structure of the estimator according to the disturbance input point. The controller behaviour is similar to a fast adaptive controller and it can achieve a favourable response to a wide class of disturbances with a controlled system with time-varying dynamics.
