In accordance with current trend, PLC are used in many ?real world? applications. Those modern devices can implement not only pure logic control, but also sophisticated algorithm including adaptive and fuzzy control. In view of the fact that the PLC TECOMAT 500 and 600 are used in the process of education on the Faculty of mechatronic some research and application activities are also oriented to the solving of wide area of problems of using these devices. One of interesting problem is realization of fuzzy algorithm. PLC?s TECOMAT are quite simple so the implementation of more difficult algorithms is not easy.This paper presents a certain implementation of fuzzy algorithm for a sophisticated crossroads control in a PLC TECOMAT. The condensate description of the algorithm is offered. The eventual algorithm was tested on a virtual model of the crossroads, which was built in accordance to a real one, so the description of the model is included too.
