Modelling of the Flow Field in the Fractured Rock Environment
Original language description
We introduce a groundwater flow model based on stochastic discrete fracture network approach. Mixed finite element method and hybridization of appropriate lowest order Raviart--Thomas approximation is used for the special conditions of the flow through connected system of 2-D polygons placed in 3-D. Example of real-world calculation are shown in the end of the paper.
