Mixed-hybrid discrete fracture model
Original language description
We present the existence analysis of the hybridization of the lowest order Raviart?Thomas mixed FEM applied to a potential fluid flow problem on a fracture network. The domain, a simple connected system of 2-D polygons placed in the 3-D Euclidean space,is characteristic by the presence of interelement edges shared by three or more elements. We give a model problem and mention the practical application of the model.
