Original language description
The paper describes an application of the finite element method in modelling of electric field in ferroelectric layers. It contains derivation of the numerical model of the problem, based on the physical description of electric field in anizotropic materials. Solving of this problem leads to the set of linear equations with large and sparse matrices. The paper includes application of the model for modelling of electric field on boundary of ferroelectric domains.
