In this contribution it is studied the stability problem for special class of nonlinear systems which can be controlled by matrix PID controller and the possibility of optimal setting of its parameters by static optimization methods. It can be changed the shape of state or output signal by changing of optimization criterion. In this case must be used some of global optimization methods.
