Finite Element Simulations of the Thermal Conditions in a High-Level Waste Repository
Original language description
In the paper, we show the effect of different types of boundary conditions on the thermal conditions in repository?s model. The model represents an infinite periodic structure of tunnels and boreholes. The single segment of periodic model consists of onequarter of borehole and neighbouring granitic massif. We are focused especially on the temperature distribution in the vicinity of borehole.
