This paper describes the activities of the German company on the Czech market. It presents a case study of company undertaking business in rail transport within the border region. The paper first looks st the cultural differences between behavior in theCzech Republic and Germany and then,in the second part, the autor describes the results of research that aims to assess the differences in passenger behavior in the Czech Republic and Germany and passenger r satisfaction with the services currently provided by the company at issue.
