The chapter describes the results of the research realized in Czech hospitals during the year 2012. The Center for Information Technology developed Renato Archer Prospective Questionnaire –PQ-. The results of the survey in three Czech hospitals explain the situation in using information and communication management and also the management approach in the strategy developing and the future development in this area. The big changes and problems of the Czech health care systems are also mentioned (as the aging of the population, cybersecurity, etc.). The Czech government has published The Innovation and Digital Strategy (2030), and just the near future shows if and how the implementation will be successful. This new strategy is oriented towards innovations in the health sector.
