Due to increased focus on user experience and user interface optimization for users and customers, this trend leads to new methods for UX improvements. One of the methods is the use of emotion for getting additional feedback for UX designers. In this paper, we focused on finding relations among emotions, appearance, clarity, time, and a number of elements to improve Business Intelligence dashboards.
