Human Resources in the Digital Era: Hybrid Work Environment as a “New Normal”

  • Original language description

Following the key findings on digital transformation and skills acquisition, the chapter focuses on the human transformation aspects of digital transformation. The aim is to present the trends that the work environment brings with the use of information technology and tools, based on the findings of the round table discussion method. In the chapter, the authors use expertise, literature search and secondary and primary data to answer questions using the experience of practitioners through the tool of group creative thinking. Topics selected for the roundtable discussion have been identified from the literature review and include the hybrid world of work, robotic / intelligent process automation (RPA / IPA) for routine work, talent in the digital age, and knowledge management in the online environment. The opinions of practitioners are compared with the theoretical approach and supported by the statements of experts and academics.
