Fabric properties are dependent on its structure, used weave and properties of yarns used for fabric production. The influences of yarn production technology on fabric structure and general character of fabric are observed in this work. Experimental fabrics designed for shirts were produced from 100% cotton ring and experimental Novaspin yarns. Basic and specific fabric properties were measured for grey and finished fabric. Changes of fabric structure and mechanical parameters were observed after givencycles of using.

Struktura a vlastnosti tkanin závisí na jejich struktuře, vazbě, typu a vlastnostech přízí použitých pro jejich výrobu. V této práci je sledován vliv technologie výroby příze na vlastnosti tkanin a jejich celkový charakter. Vzorky tkanin určené pro výrobu košil byly vyrobny ze 100% bavlněných prstencových přízí a experimentálních přízí Novaspin. Hodnoceny byly zákadní a specifické parametry režných a upravených tkanin. Změny struktury a mechanico-fyzikálních vlastností byly sledovány po daných cyklech užívání.
