Original language description
Mimicking the extracellular matrix structure of native blood vessel, the desired structure of small diameter blood vessel replacement can be achieved. Therefore, various fiber orientations were investigated to analyze cell spreading on those layers. Thescaffolds were produced by electrospinning technique with rotating mandrel collector. Different rpm values were used for getting oriented/isotropic layers. These produced materials were tested with 3T3 mouse fibroblasts.
