Original language description
This study was carried out to summarize process conditions of few commonly used testing devices of thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. Parameters of these were studied to find a differences among various methods. A reference sample made of veryhomogenous material were raised for this experiment. Testing of different devices showed up the possibilities of parameters setting for obtaining comparable values of thermal conductivity and thermal resistance between various metods. Also issue of thickness and thermal conductivity and thermal resistance prediction is mentioned in this paper. Finally, the table with summary of devices parameters and results is showed up.
