Alternatives of 3D applications for visual disable people
Original language description
Traditional Braille marks are available in paper or aluminium version. This applications are very practical for visual disable people to recognize medicaments or makes easier orientation in interiors or exteriors. New possibility how to create this useful application has been two of new technologies- 3D print and laser burning print. Main object to create this 3D application by this way has been practical labels for shoes informing blind users about size, colour and material. At the first was made questionnaire about needs of blind people, to be hundred percent sure it has a sense. Then was created testing desks as a introduction to this problematics with Braille alphabet by 3D printer and Laser with using various size parameters and tested with blind people to choose the suitable one.This publication was written at the Technical University of Liberec as part of the project Development of 3D special textile applications for visual disable people, number 21157 with the support of the Specific University Research Grant, as provided by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic in the year 2016.
