In consequence of the growing autonomy of Czech universities, in particular at Faculties of Education, took shape different models of practical preparation of students, emerging from individual needs, conditions, and also possibilities of particular faculties and the school terrain in their surroundings. The article addresses the problem of optimal practical educational preparation of students of Faculties of Education and shows a model of practical training at the Technical University in Liberec.
