Physical activity of low-fit children
Original language description
The aim of this chapter was to determine the relations between the level of physical activity and low and high level of physical fitness in pubescent children. We have found out logically and statistically significantly higher values of the rBM in pubescent high-fit samples than in the low-fit samples of the same age. The level of physical activity in high-fit samples reached a sufficient level and exceeded the published results of average samples, on the other hand, significantly lower result values inthe low-fit samples have shown insufficient level of physical activity.
