The Regional Contact Center (R. Suchánek) organized a workshop with the international participation of Professor Makoto Tanida of Meijo University in Nagoya, which included the city of Ralsko and its public spaces, more precisely the use of public spaces. As participant participated in the workshop Dr. Katerina Sidiropulu Janků from the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno, interpreting the texts of American sociologist Richards Sennett. Together with Professor Makoto Tanida, six Meijo University architects came to Liberec. The workshop was attended by teachers from the FUA TUL Department of Urbanism, supplemented by FUA TUL students. Interpretation of public places and space of the city of Ralsko took place in cooperation with a local community formed, among other things, by minority groups of the Volhynians of Bohemia and Roma.
