Original language description
Except of traditional breeding procedures, utilization of molecular markers starts to be developed. These accessions became initial donors for isolation of genomic DNA and analysis of length polymorphism of amplified fragments The lowest genetic distance(0,12) has in followed groups resistance type N1633 (Zhaoshu 3) and N1622 (CI 4196). On the contrary highest genetic distance (0,40) manifested susceptible type N1618 (PI 383933). According to simil AFLP profiles of individual genotypes manifested relatively high genetic divergence, what is important result for further activity.
