Improvement of spring barley resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB) by utilization of androgenesis in vitro and molecular markers.
Original language description
Genotypes of spring barley became initial donors for isolation of genomic DNA and analysis of amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) and microsatellite. Among the 21 microsatellites tested, 8 provided polymorphic alleles Further were found primercombinations for identification of individual lines. The highest number of amplification product was 23 with the primer CTA/AGC and the lowest was 5 with the primer CAC/AGG. Screening of varieties by means of primers showing relative genetic distances among genotypes. The genetic distance (0,12) was found in resistant type Zhaoshu 3 and CI 4196. In the contrary, highest genetic distance (0,40) was susceptible type (PI 383933)According to similarity AFLP profiles of individual genotypes, a relatively highgenetic divergence was found.
