Increase of velocity of deposited particles in flame spray technology and optimisation of flame velocity profiles
Original language description
Paper contains description of CFD-simulations of the present state-of-art of flame-spray process and experimental validation of these simulations. Design of additional nozzles is presented and their impact on flowfield and flame parameters is studied. Validated CFD model is used for performance prediction of these nozzles. Several variants are compared and the possibility of improvement of technology parameters is analyzed.
