Original language description
The stress response from railway bogie was studied under various combinations of static loading forces simulating various states of ordinal and extraordinal stress states in the real operational conditions. For that purpose, the test rig has been designed with several loading actuators and the mounting of the frame for simulation of secondary suspension was manufactured. The stress level has been compared with the allowable limit curves for unlimited service life according to the stress intensity factors of the joints. The fatigue service life test has been performed as well.
