This article is focused on problems of blue-collar workers rewarding. Its aim is to sum up all activities which are relevant for rewarding of these workers and to create a proposal of a concept of pay settlement system for these workers. This article describes external and internal factors influencing level of wage, wage forms and performance-related pay. The last chapter introduces the proposal of a concept of pay settlement system for blue-collar workers.
