Migration is one of the main topic of present world. The article deals with relation between investments on human capital and immigration policy. This relation will be analysed on the example of Czech Republic. The paper analyses migration potential of Czech Republic and describes the main features of Czech Immigration Policy in the present and the past. The particular attention is paid to the changes of Czech immigration policy and its consequences for development of skilled human capital.
