Research of the impact level of the positive influence of transport infrastructure grows on unemployment, which has been done using precedencies, has shown new possibilities of the network analysis usage. For defined regional structure there were measured growths and falls of the selected variables on the border of regional subjects. Based on the changes, it is possible to determine surface and time growths and falls of the particular variables. These changes can be described using precedent matrixes. By the calculation of the multiple precedencies, it is possible to understand the direction and the length of the constant changes, i.e. permanent growths or falls of variables during the crossing between regional subjects. Czech Republic is separated into the regions. Particular regions can be separated into the municipalities with extended agency.
