This paper deals with the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme in the Czech Republic in the period of 2007-2013, specifically the possibility of co-financing of projects in this operational programme in public administration. The aim is to show the latest developments in the use of subsidy from the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme and its Priority Axis 4 and also highlight some specific causes that lead to this negative state.
