Human resources represent the people in the process. The human factor plays a very important role in tourism industry and hospitality, mainly the quality of human resources. On the one hand works employees who provide services, on the other hand, customers who consume these services. In the selection of staff is necessary to consider not only their skills, but also communication skills, ability to deal with crisis situations, stress resistance, etc. People are part of the product offered, because they come into direct contact with customers and can directly affect customer satisfaction with the services offered.
