The article focuses on the evaluation of the situation in the field of flexible forms of employment and the attitude of employers to reconciling personnel and working life in the Czech Republic. The authors devote themselves further to implementing of labour flexibility in personnel marketing. For this purpose, they delimit theoretical aspects of labour flexibility and personnel marketing. Another part then displays the opinions and attitudes of companies to issues of applying the concept of reconciliation of work and private life and puts them into relation with personnel marketing. In this paper were used method of description and method of analysis.
