The article deals with the potential problems occurring during the team building on the basis of Tuckman´s model of the team dynamics. It concentrates especially on problem solving in teams, including multicultural ones, and its specifics, continues withthe concept o fthe productive conflict, and its various ways of handling it. It also presents advantages and disadvantages of working in multicultural teams, management of such teams, including conflict management.
