Moravian-Silesian Region has undergone during the last two decades, considerable structural changes. Current business conditions have great potential for the future. The aim of the paper is to evaluate selected aspects of the business environment Moravian-Silesian region, taking into account differences in individual districts. Based on analyzes of selected elements of micro and macro environment can be predicted future developments of the business environment and businesses themselves.
