Original language description
The importance of the research community in the design of social services in community planning. The research results show a very questionable use of social services by citizens of the city due to lack of awareness and highlight the problem of static clientele that although quantitatively meets the requirements of the organizations providing social services but also prevents the use of the service to other citizens who need it. Presentation of the results of the research in 2014 shows shortcomings in community planning cities in previous years, and at the same time shows the possible solutions that will contribute to a more effective use of social services.
