These current paper analyses the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility in relation to Human Resource (HR) management in the Czech Republic. Corporate culture and its capabilities become resources for the competitive advantage and employee perceptions of CSR activities play an important role in employee attachment to their company as well as corporate performance. Therefore, this paper examines the CSR activities of social pillar and their actual use among companies involved in research in perspective that employees can be considered as legitimate stakeholders of the firm justifying introduction of employee-oriented CSR. Research paper has been designed to generate insight into CSR practices used in context on employees directed with social responsibility because HR management perspective creates condition for HR management policies and practices that increase employee commitment.
