The paper is devoted to the summary of results about a quasilinear hyperbolic partial differential equation of first order with a hysteresis operator $v = mathcal{F}[u]:$ $$frac{partial(u + v)}{partial t} + frac{partial u}{partial x} = 0.$$ Hysteresis is represented by functional describing adsorption and desorption on the particles of the substance and is a possibly discontinuous generalized play operator. The results can be extended to possibly discontinuous generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii operators of play type.

Tato práce se věnuje shrnutí výsledků o kvazilineární hyperbolické parciální diferenciální rovnici prvního řádu s hysterezím operátorem $v = mathcal{F}[u]:$ $$frac{partial(u + v)}{partial t} + frac{partial u}{partial x} = 0.$$ Hystereze je reprezentována funkcionálem popisujícím adsorpci a desorpci na částečkách substance a jedná se o eventuelně nespojitý obecný play operátor. Výsledky mohou být rozšířeny na obecný Prandtl-Ishlinskii operátor typu play, který může být nespojitý.
