This report refers to dealing with dangerous offender with dissocial personality disorder or mental disorder (sexual aggressors, dangerous psychopathic offenders, insane offenders, repeated violent offenders etc.). The contributions describe first findings of the research (VG20122014084), explains different legal and practical problems in Czech Republic, describe the way of its application through the analyses of the full sample of the offenders under the security detention. It also presents results ofpublic opinion poll on this new measure.
