Risk modeling for dangerous material transport.

Original language description

Road transport of dangerous material is high-risk. This study aims at modeling model the risk of transporting dangerous goods along roads. The risk of transporting dangerous goods is evaluated based on accident history along roads, the probability of cistern rupture after a car crash, material dispersion model and impact model. We use the Geographic Information System (GIS) as support for the risk modeling process. The result of this modeling is the evaluation of individual and social risk along a transport route. The model can be used to find the high-risk parts of a transport route or to compare the risk of optional transport routes

Czech description

Silniční přeprava nebezpečných látek je nebezpečná. Tato práce je zaměřena na modelování rizik z přepravy nebezpečných látek podél trasy. Riziko je vypočteno na základě statistik nehodovosti, pravděpodobnosti ruptury cisterny při dopravní nehodě, modelušíření nebezpečné látky a modelu účinků látky. Pro podporu procesu modelování využíváme geografické informační systémy (GIS). Výsledkem modelování je individuální a společenské riziko podél trasy přepravy. Tento model můžeme použít pro nalezení kritických částí trasy přepravy, nebo k porovnání rizikovosti možných tras přepravy nebezpečné látky
