The Institute of International Relations in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic organized the 10th International Symposium “Czech Foreign Policy”. This year's main topic was "Rethinking the Future".This event is a platform, where the IIR team can present and critically discuss its research related to the Czech foreign policy. We were honoured to welcome among the speakers also Joseph M. Siracusa (RMIT University, Australia), Mary Thompson-Jones (US Naval War College, USA), Michito Tsuruoka (Keio University, Japan), Rosita Dellios (Bond University, Australia). The aim of this platform is to bring together researchers from the IIR and other institutions, former and current practitioners, academics, politicians, students, media and the public to exchange views on key topics related to the Czech foreign policy in the era of uncertainty in the international relations in the European and global arenas. The symposium provided an opportunity to highlight some constructive solutions for the short to medium-term in various fields of research while taking in consideration the current domestic and international developments.
