This Chapter offers a commentary on Art. 18 ADA. This article provides “Final provisions”, including a number of different rules. The article lays down provisions on: (i) the prohibition of “specific action against dumping” (Art. 18.1); (ii) the reservations rule (Art. 18.2); (iii) the temporal scope of application (Art. 18.3); (iv) the obligation to implement ADA (Art. 18.4); (v) the obligation of notification of national anti-dumping laws and regulations (Art. 18.5); and (vi) the annual review mechanism (Art. 18.6).
