    The conference served as a platform for fruitful discussions on the effectiveness and accountability of European Cyber ​​Foreign and Security Policy. It aimed to enrich manifold discussion on cyber conflict and peace research by gathering policy makers, public officials, and academics from across Europe and beyond. The conference focused on several key themes in insightful panels and interactive working groups. The experts dived into the role of European public and private actors, emerging hybrid threats, and the EU's role in capacity building; as well as the intricate relationship between critical infrastructure protection and conflict resolution in Europe. The overall goal of the conference was to forge a path towards more empirical, data-driven research in cyber conflict and peace, to ultimately bolster resilience in the cyber and information domains. The event, which was part of the TECH.RISK project was co-hosted by the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and the Institute of International Relations Prague (IIR) with support of the EuRepoC Consortium.
