The behavior of low-alloy high-strength steel after different types of processing for dynamic load
Original language description
Currently, there are new technological processes, whose development can not be realized without knowledge of technological properties of material under specific, complex and dynamic conditions. One of such applications is the induction heating and molding of the material within a few seconds to achieve temperature of the warm molding. These very short heatings within a few seconds have an effect on the development of the material structure, and this is reflected during deformation, depending on the relationship stress-strain. If these procedures are to be processed on the new modern types of steel, the development of technology and the measurement of mechanical properties must be done under the conditions of real technological process. The article gives a method for determining the relationship stress-strain by AHSS steel processed QP-P process at strain rate 30 s-1.
