In this technical report we show that the assumption of thermodynamic liquid-liquid critical behavior in supercooled water already in the mean-field approximation yields a physically plausible explanation for the anomalous temperature dependence observedexperimentally for the isochoric heat capacity, the isothermal compressibility, and the thermal expansivity of supercooled water.
