To increase the performance and competitiveness of company, effective management of manufacturing processes with regard to environmental sustainable development is needed.Constant monitoring and evaluation of environmental impacts and analysis of inputs and outputsof processes is a part of effective management. This paper is focused on reduction waterconsumption in hospital laundry. To achieve this aim is necessary to design a suitable arrangementof a production system using Water Pinch Analysis and Water Pinch Design.
