Original language description
This paper describes use of author system ProAuthor in the creation of e-learning. Practical demonstration, on which the software is shown, was created by the support of the educational project called: Product life cycle in the digital factory environment. Described course created within this project consists of two parts. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge. The text describes the components used within the first part of the course, for example: study articles, multimedia, self-tests, and more. The second part is practically oriented. There are mentioned case studies. All the case studies are created in the same formal style. At first the initial situation is mentioned, it is followed by the necessary theory, then the solution is described. At the end the conclusion is stated.
