Original language description
The article concentrates on Industry 4.0 knowledge transfer to employees who will work with Industry 4.0technologies. The knowledge transfer starts with an introduction to Industry 4.0 technologies with the aim ofmotivating the employees to work within the concept. The article focuses on collaborative robots (cobots) andautomated guided vehicles (AGVs). After the introduction, the employees learn to build and operate FischertechnikSTEM Kit models. The employees use the models first to understand the principles of individual componentsrelevant to Industry 4.0 and then how to program the models. In the last part there is an explanation and practicalexamples of programming Industry 4.0 technologies (Collaborative robot and AGV). The article also describes theequipment in specialized laboratories where Industry 4.0 knowledge transfer can take place.
