    This article addresses the implementation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in manufacturing and warehousing processes, focusing on the technical and procedural aspects of their integration. Key emphasis is placed on optimizing infrastructure, adapting operational layouts, and necessary process digitalization.
