<<The>> network configuration effect on extraordinary states in the power system
Original language description
The paper deals with the process for creating an expert system, a part of which is a program that selects an ideal variant of the network operating for the given situation after the assessment of the state before faults. The following states, which can lead to fault of a branch consequently and which can be foresee, are taken into consideration here: 1. Atmospheric conditions (wind, icing, storms and floods) 2. The quality of the electrical distribution equipment (outdated, with a high failure rate, with a low reliability coefficients, ...) It results from the above-mentioned that mostly a fault state expected in an area is in question. The aim of the dispatcher should then be to clear the transmission and distribution networks in the endangered area as much as possible.
