Use of genetic algorithms in power state estimation
Original language description
In this paper, the use of genetic algorithms in power state estimation is investigated. Genetic algorithms are applied so that the outliers detection is performed during the estimation process. Normally measured "outlied" values have significant impact on parameters estimation.
